The Town of Purcellville is gearing up to welcome the holiday season this evening with its annual Tree Lighting celebration. The event will commence at 6:30 PM. The community is invited to gather for a festive night filled with music, performances, treats, and a touch of North Pole magic.
This year’s program features caroling by the Woodgrove High School Choir and the Loudoun Valley High School Choir, bringing together voices from both sides of town in a harmonious celebration of the season. Adding to the evening’s entertainment, dancers from the Dance Academy of Loudoun will take the stage with special holiday performances.
Guests can enjoy warm, fresh beignets courtesy of Bilstad’s Beignets, whose food truck will be on-site serving sweet treats to keep spirits bright. Of course, no Purcellville tree lighting would be complete without a very special guest. Santa Claus himself will make an appearance to greet families and spread holiday cheer throughout the crowd.
The Town extended a heartfelt thank you to Renewal by Andersen, this year’s event sponsor, whose support helped bring the celebration to life. With festive lights, joyful music, and a strong sense of community, tonight’s Tree Lighting promises to be a memorable kickoff to the holiday season.
