On February 17, 2026, at 7:30 PM, a meeting will take place to discuss the proposed concept plans for the Norbo Medical Office Building, located at 441 East Main Street. Jason Brownell will present design renderings for a phased development project aimed at enhancing the existing property.

The first phase of the project involves the construction of a three-level medical office building, which is intended to provide modern facilities for healthcare services. This new structure is expected to meet the growing demand for medical services in the area and will feature contemporary architectural elements designed to integrate seamlessly with the surrounding environment.

In the second phase, the existing building on the property is slated for repurposing into a country inn and restaurant. This transformation aims to create a welcoming space for visitors and residents alike, promoting local dining and hospitality.

This concept plan will be presented to the Purcellville Board of Architectural Review at the Purcellville Town Hall on February 17 at 7:30 PM. The presentation will provide an opportunity for the Board to offer feedback and for community members to gain insight into the proposed developments.
