Purcellville, VA – Maribeth Cronin, a registered nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and a certified yoga instructor, has announced the launch of a donation-based “Oncology Yoga” class at Yoga Time Studio in Purcellville. Cronin works in radiation oncology at Inova and has recently completed specialized training to teach oncology yoga safely for individuals at any stage of cancer, including those in treatment, recovery, and remission.

The classes will take place on Fridays at 11:00 a.m., starting January 23, 2026, at Yoga Time Studio, located at 609 East Main St., Unit H. The studio owner, Mindy Beach, has generously donated the space for these classes. 

All contributions from participants will be directed to Inova’s “Life with Cancer” program, which Cronin selected as the beneficiary for donations. The program provides support and resources for individuals affected by cancer.

This class is specifically designed for patients and survivors, and no prior yoga experience is required. Modifications and safety considerations will be incorporated to ensure a comfortable and accessible environment for all participants.
