Purcellville, Va. December 2025 – As the holiday season approaches, the town is thrilled to announce a series of festive events on Saturday, December 13, 2025. While some activities may require traffic adjustments, these measures are in place to ensure a magical and seamless experience for all residents and visitors.
Road Closures for the Holiday Parade
The much-anticipated Purcellville Holiday Parade will begin at 12:00 p.m., kicking off at Blue Ridge Middle School and looping through town. From 11:30 a.m. to approximately 2:30 p.m., expect closures on key roads like A Street, 20th Street, Main Street, and Maple Avenue. Parking is prohibited along these roads starting Friday, December 12th at 9:00 p.m. to Saturday, December 13th at 2:30 p.m. to maintain safety and traffic flow.

Additional Events on December 13
– Holiday Market and LEGO Train Display: From noon to 6 p.m., the Bush Tabernacle at 250 S. Nursery Ave will host a vibrant market featuring over 20 vendors with unique handcrafted items. Enjoy face painting and a captivating LEGO train display by the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area LEGO Train Club.
– Pictures with Santa: Capture magical moments with Santa from 2 to 5 p.m. at the new location, Loudoun Valley Community Center, 320 West School Street. Bring your camera and wish list for a memorable visit.
– Ornament Workshop: Get creative at a free ornament workshop from 2 to 5 p.m., hosted by the Purcellville Arts Council and Loudoun Valley Community Center staff at the Loudoun Valley Community Center.
– Holiday Lights Tour Map: Discover the town’s best festive displays with the Holiday Lights Tour. The map will be accessible on the Town website and its social media pages, guiding you through the illuminated beauty of Purcellville.
