PURCELLVILLE, VA. The Purcellville Farmers Market opened its 2026 season on Saturday, May 9, settling into a new and more visible downtown home at the corner of North Hatcher Avenue and East Main Street. The market will run every Saturday from 9 a.m. to noon through October.
The relocation marks a significant change for the market, which previously operated behind Nostalgia Boutique at 142 East Main Street. The move to the Town Lot puts the market squarely on Main Street, where organizers say the central, easily accessible site should make the Saturday morning routine more convenient for shoppers and give vendors greater visibility downtown.
Silas Redd, the market’s planner and the owner of Nostalgia Boutique and Mister on Main, has framed the move as a chance to create a more connected market experience and a stronger gathering place for the community.
Shoppers can expect a weekly mix of locally grown fruits and vegetables, regionally raised meats, and freshly baked goods sourced from area farmers and artisans.
